ATTENTION: The Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP) server was moved on November 9th. Refer to the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) webpage for more information or contact the Provider Services Call Center. If you submit any batch transactions or use a vendor or a clearinghouse, please ensure they have made the change to the new location to submit the batch files.

Provider Services Call Center Changes

Beginning Friday, November 4, some callers will get assistance from Gabby, a new virtual call center agent which can give information regarding claims status, eligibility and weekly payment. Callers can also say “details, or more details” for additional claims information once the claim status is obtained. For questions related to prior authorization, rates, provider enrollment, portal password resets or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) please speak the category to be transferred to a live agent instead of pressing the numeric options. 

Upcoming Holidays

Christmas Day - Monday, December 26, 2022 - State Offices, the ColoradoPAR Program, Gainwell Technologies and DentaQuest will be closed.

Capitation cycles for managed care entities may potentially be delayed. The receipt of warrants and EFTs may potentially be delayed due to the processing at the United State Postal Service or providers’ individual banks.
