We are beginning to design Phase III of the Accountable Care Collaborative (ACC). The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF), in partnership with the Colorado Health Institute (CHI), is pleased to be collaborating with stakeholders to discuss the vision for this next phase. We are committed to receiving input from diverse perspectives through accessible, equitable, and productive engagement.
ACC Phase III topics are regularly discussed during monthly ACC Program Improvement Advisory Committee (PIAC) and Subcommittee meetings. These meetings are also open to the public, though your ability to participate may vary. Agendas and other information about joining can be found on the ACC PIAC web page.
