Home and Community Based Services Enhanced Federal Match

Information about the Department's work to implement the recently passed federal law, American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Enhanced Federal Match provision is included on this page. The enhanced match allows states to supplement not supplant existing funding. States must submit spending plans to the federal government to meet federal guidance and timelines. This page will be updated as more information becomes available.
