To work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and move forward strategies to support the recruitment and retention of Colorado's direct care workforce. This group intends to meet quarterly on the second Wednesday of the month.

Action Group Meetings
Action groups are intended to reinforce the Direct Care Worker Collaborative's purpose and vision.
These groups will be tasked with identifying the problem, determining solutions, and developing and executing an action plan.
If you are interested in joining one or more of the action groups, please send an email request with the group(s) of your choice to HCPF_DCWorkforce@state.co.us and an invitation will be provided.
