The Pediatric Personal Care Benefit helps Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid Program) members 20 years old and younger with in-home, non-medical support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and toileting.

Who qualifies for the Pediatric Personal Care Benefit?
These services are a benefit for Health First Colorado members who meet the following requirements:
- Are 20 years old or younger
- Qualify for at least one of the 17 personal care tasks as assessed by the Personal Care Assessment Tool (PCAT), and other supporting clinical documentation.

- Ambulation/Locomotion
- Bathing/Showering
- Dressing
- Meal Preparation
- Feeding
- Hygiene - Hair Care/Grooming
- Hygiene - Nail Care
- Hygiene - Shaving
- Hygiene- Mouth Care
- Hygiene - Skin Care
- Mobility - Positioning
- Mobility - Transfer
- Toileting - Bladder Care
- Toileting - Bowel Care
- Toileting - Bowel Program
