The Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) and the CHASE Board want to hear feedback from health care consumers on the proposed Hospital Transformation Program (HTP). As a result, we created a Community Advisory Council with representation from across the state. Community Advisory Council meetings provide valuable consumer input to all parts of the HTP.
