Spinal Cord Injury Advisory Committee

Purpose:

The purpose of the Spinal Cord Injury Advisory Committee is to advise the Department as it reviews elements of the Spinal Cord Injury waiver.
 
Our meeting has a standing time and will be facilitated virtually until further notice:
  • Quarterly in January, April, July and October from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Meetings will be recorded and made available to the public on this page following the meeting.

Independent Evaluation of Complementary Integrative Health Services

Updated Legislation and Resources
  • Senate Bill 19-197was run by external stakeholders which renewed the Home and Community Based Services Spinal Cord Injury Waiver through 2025 and extended the Independent Evaluation of Complementary and Integrative Health Services through 2025.
     
  • Senate bill SB 15-011 was run by external stakeholders which renewed the Home and Community Based Services Spinal Cord Injury Waiver through 2020.

    Want to participate? - All committee positions have been filled. However, this is an open public meeting and people from the public are welcome to attend and participate during any meeting. A time for Open Forum for public comment is available near the end of each meeting.
