Remote Supports

Remote Supports services provide personal care and homemaker tasks that do not require hands-on assistance through live two-way communication with a Remote Supports Professional at an off-site location.

This immediate, anytime support helps members accomplish daily tasks and receive check-in calls for cues/reminders to reach personal goals safely and more independently.

Remote Supports and Remote Supports Technology is available in the following Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waivers:

Who Qualifies?

  • You must qualify for one of the above HCBS waivers that include Remote Supports.
