2024 Annual Training Registration
Registration for the 2024 Medicaid School Health Services Program Annual Training is now open. We will be hosting three all day, in-person sessions in different areas of the state. The Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) does recommend attending Annual Training in person to meet your stakeholder and develop other program connections. If you are unable to attend in person, there will be five virtual sessions, broken out by the various components of the program.
We highly recommend that all personnel involved in the SHS administration and reporting, such as Medicaid Coordinators, from every district attend one of the in-person sessions or each of the virtual training sessions.
In-Person - 9:00am - 5:00pm with registration and a light breakfast beginning at 8:30am.

2024 Mid-Year Refresher Training
The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF), Public Consulting Group (PCG) and The Colorado Department of Education hosted the 2024 Mid-Year trainings during the month of February 2024. The trainings covered topics such as program compliance, RMTS, MAC cost reporting, annual cost reporting, HCPF and CDE updates.
