Provider Web Portal Quick Guide - Pulling Remittance Advice (RA)

Remittance Advices (RAs) are available for download every Monday morning by 12:00 p.m. MT. Get to the RA by logging into the Provider Web PortalResources tab → Report Download → select MMIS Reports - RA from the Report drop-down.

 

Delimited Version of RA (ex: CSV)

  1. Login to Provider Web Portal.
  2. Ensure there is a preferred delimiter on file.
    1. Click My Profile.

    2. Click Edit under Preferences.

    3. Select a preferred File Delimiter and click Save.

  3. Click ClaimsSearch Claims.

  4. Use the Search Payment History feature to find the correct RA.

  5. Review Search Results and click the RA version to download.

  6. Click Open or Save for the downloaded file.

    Depending on the browser and/or computer set-up, the screen may look different than the image below.

    The PDF versions may be downloaded from ResourcesReport Download.

  1. Login to Provider Web Portal.
  2. Click Resources and then click Report Download.

  3. Select MMIS Reports - RA from the Report drop-down, enter the From Date and To Date, and click Search.

  4. Click the Provider Remittance Advice link to download the PDF.

  5. Click Open or Save for the downloaded file.
