Update Trading Partner Contact Information

A Trading Partner is an entity that submits batch X12N transactions on behalf of a provider. Trading Partner contact information may be updated through the Provider Web Portal.

1. Log in to the Provider Web Portal. 
2. Click Trading Partner Profile.

3. Click Edit in the Contact Information section.

4. Update desired contact information fields and click Save.

4. Click Confirm. Trading Partner contact information updates are reflected immediately.
