The Continuous Improvement Team has been designed by Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) to support all Eligibility Sites (Counties, MA sites, and Eligibility Assistance Partners) in the State of Colorado in the area of Continuous Improvement (CI). The Continuous Improvement Team is part of the Performance Improvement Team (PIT) housed within the Eligibility Division. The team's goal is to take the recent work from Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Project and assist Eligibility Sites with Lean principles and problem-solving methods.
