Salesforce Webform

The County Relations team has implemented Salesforce and has begun using its ticketing functionality for managing and tracking county and MA site questions or concerns. For tracking and reporting purposes submit one ticket per incident using the newly created webform. Please note that should you send an email to the County Relations inbox, this email will be automatically converted into a Salesforce ticket where a County Relations team member will respond to you within 24 hours.
