BUS Issues

BUS loading white page

The BUS will load as a white page if it has been more than 75 days since the last password reset.  To resolve this issue, please have your password reset.  To avoid this issue, update your password regularly.

 

CIRS not Saving

CIRS will not save if one of the following applies:

  • There is an apostrophe entered in a Name or Address text box (ie. St. Anthony's, O'Connor, etc)
  • The Address field or "Other" field contains more than 50 characters
Issues logging in after changing password

Bus will not acknowledge new password as correct.  This is due to using a browser other than Internet Explorer.  Please use only Internet Explorer when accessing the BUS

Error on Transition Plan

Blue error screen will appear when saving Transition Plan page.  The text limit in most boxes in the transition plan is 150 characters.  Please check any large text amount entered and limit the characters to under 150.  Page should save.

Duplicate Log Notes

Log Notes are being duplicated.  The Log Notes Detailed Report should help identify duplicate log notes generated by the BUS.  Additionally, the Department will send out a monthly report identifying possible duplicates for your agency.  OIT is working on a solution to stop the duplicate log notes from being generated.

Duplicate Service Plans and Assessments

The BUS is randomly generating duplicate Service Plans and Assessments.  OIT is deleting those duplicates on Thursday evenings.  If you identify a duplicate service plan or assessment that has not been deleted after the process runs on Thursday night, please submit a BUS Tracker.

Duplicate Clients

We are currently working merging of the duplicate clients.  Please submit a BUS tracker if you identify a duplicate client in the BUS.  

Duplicate Appeals

The BUS is currently adding a duplicate record each time the appeal tab is updated and saved. Each record is updated with the new information each time the Case Manager updates the record and saves it. When one record is finalized, all records finalize at that time as pictured below. The Department is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it. Reimbursement for the appeals will be based on the number of Member records and not the duplicate copies currently replicating per member.

Internet Browser

The BUS is designed to work with Internet Explorer.  It is not recommended users access the BUS with other browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. If you do access the BUS using a browser, other than Internet Explorer, you will likely find some of the functionality does not work correctly.

Unable to select Assessment Cert Date that was created by another Agency in the Service Plan dropdown

Agencies are experiencing a problem when clients are transferred and a revised Service Plan is required, the drop down for the Assessments is not displaying the Assessment Cert Dates that were input by the transferring agency.  Please submit a BUS Tracker.
