IPN Satisfaction Survey
A survey will be sent out to all behavioral health independent providers in the second week of July. This survey is similar to the one conducted over the last two years and measures IPN satisfaction at each of the major interaction points between RAEs and the HCPF, as well as satisfaction with overall service quality.
This survey takes 5- to 10-minutes to complete and the responses collected will be anonymous. Your input is critical as the information gathered will be used to inform ongoing improvement efforts between HCPF, the RAEs, and independent behavioral health providers.
The survey email will come from the independent survey administrator, Arrow Performance Group. The email will include a link to the survey.

The Behavioral Health Independent Provider Network (IPN) Collaborative was created by The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) to offer providers not associated with larger systems (hospitals, residential settings, community centers, etc.) a space to engage and monitor issues specifically impacting the IPN. This meeting reports out Communication Efforts, Behavioral Health Policies, Billing/Coding, Rates, Legislative Updates, and updates from the ongoing IPN Working Group.
The Collaborative is held quarterly on the first Friday of September, December, March, and June from 1-2:30 PM. Register in advance for this webinar using this Zoom registration page. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
Auxiliary aids and services for individuals with disabilities and language services for individuals whose first language is not English may be provided upon request. Please notify the Civil Rights Officer at hcpf504ada@state.co.us at least one week prior to the meeting to make arrangements.
