Qualified Residential Treatment Programs (QRTP) and Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTF) Critical Incident Reporting Stakeholder Engagement

The Department invites you to attend a stakeholder engagement session regarding a proposed policy update on critical incident reporting requirements for Qualified Residential Treatment Programs (QRTP) and Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTF). There will be time for questions and answers.

This policy change will align critical incident reporting requirements for QRTP and PRTF with current state rules, including reporting requirements in Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) Rule 12 CCR 2509-8: 7.701.52. Additionally, it will require critical incident reporting to the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF).

Friday, June 21, 2024 9:00–10:00 AM
