The Department invites you to provide feedback to help inform and refine proposed policy changes that will reduce documentation requirements for long-distance Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) trips in rural areas, allow children to accompany members on transportation to appointments, allow more than one Medicaid passenger for transport, and specify that NEMT providers cannot submit claims on behalf of other providers or companies that they do not directly own.
