Member Appeals - Changes to Continuation of Benefits Stakeholder Meeting

The Department invites you to learn about proposed changes to the Health First Colorado appeals process that will adjust the timeline by which Members and/or their representatives must file an appeal (request a formal hearing/state fair hearing) to ensure continuation of services. There will be time for policy questions and clarification.
