ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

The Hospital Transformation Program’s (HTP) annual Learning Symposium conference is about sharing experiences, inspiring innovative thinking, planting seeds for growth and ringing the recognition bell. The two-day HTP learning symposium will continue to provide in-person and virtual options for participants to celebrate their collective successes in HTP and provide tools and learning experiences for future success under the HTP. The HTP is now in its fourth program year and we are starting to see the fruits of the labor as we are in the midst of the second pay for performance year and continue to see the positive impacts on patient care across Colorado. Our community engagements and relationships continue to grow and establish long lasting partnerships.
This year's Learning Symposium will focus on data improvement areas for both rural and urban hospitals through continuous learning and improvement, additional presentations on health equity data and analyzing health disparity data. The conference will provide more networking opportunities for our hospitals in attendance along with the robust external organizations who continue to attend the HTP Learning Symposiums. This year's Learning symposium will provide another session centered around organizations around the state in our Colorado Mosaic session as well as looking into ACC 3.0 and what the future of HTP sustainability looks like. We promise another robust HTP Learning Symposium that will highlight hospitals learning experiences, patient stories and ringing of the recognition bell. Make sure to register and experience the amazing showcase from our presenters that represent both urban and rural hospitals, equity leaders, and numerous HTP collaborators paving the way for quality hospital care for all Coloradans. To learn more about the HTP Learning symposium and our presenters visit the agenda below.
