The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) invites you to attend a stakeholder meeting regarding rule changes that will streamline the member appeals process for Initial Decisions that have no exceptions, requests for transcripts, or requests for extension of time filed within 18 days of the mailing of the Initial Decision. The proposed rule will also add a definition for “good cause” in the appeals rule. The meeting will include a presentation by HCPF informed by the initial round of feedback submitted in the stakeholder engagement survey and time for additional stakeholder feedback and questions.
Meeting date and time: February 17, 2 to 4 p.m.

Registration and location: The meeting will be virtual via Zoom. Register in advance or at the start of the webinar. Once you register, you will receive a unique link to join the meeting. It is tied to your registration and will not work for anyone else.
