HCPF Criminal and Juvenile Justice Collaborative

The HCPF Criminal and Juvenile Justice Collaborative (CJJC) was established in 2024 and provides ongoing feedback to ensure robust stakeholder participation in the development of criminal justice projects, as outlined in the HCPF CJJC By-Laws.
The CJJC has up to sixteen (16) voting members, and anyone may attend meetings. Membership may include representation from the following groups: 

  • Advocate
  • Behavioral Health Administration (BHA)
  • Colorado Department of Corrections (DOC)
  • Colorado Department of Human Services, Division of Youth Services (CDHS/DYS)
  • Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE)
  • Colorado Department of Public Safety (CDPS)
  • County Departments of Human/Social Services (County DHS/DSS)
  • Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) / Waiver
  • Jails
  • Judicial / Probation
  • Lived Experience
  • Office of Civil and Forensic Mental Health (OCFMH)
  • Provider - Behavioral Health
  • Provider - Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
  • Provider - Physical Health
  • Reentry
  • Regional Accountable Entity (RAE)
  • Serves Youth

Members serve 2 year terms. HCPF will next open applications for new members in February 2026.
